Nobel Prize for Literature
The American singer songwriter Bob Dylan won Nobel prize for literature.
About Bob Dylan:
He is the first Musician to win this award.
His earlier songs such as “Blow in the Wind” and “The times They Are a- Changin” become anthems for the American civil rights and anti war movements.

Women of India Festival 2016
‘Women of India Festival 2016’ is being organized by Union Ministry of Women and Child Development in New Delhi.
About the Festival:
The festival will offer sale of the largest selection of organic products. It includes food, fabric, healthcare items, furnitures, even solar products.
Aim of the Festival:
This festival is to encourage women entrepreneurs from all over India and promotes their sale of their unique products.
As well as it promotes the organic products sale.

India to tackle Climate Change
As taking lead in tackling the climate change, India has announced that it will eliminate the use of HFC-23, a green house gas that harms the ozone layer by 2030.
It is a greenhouse gas with global warming potential of 14,800 times more than that of CO2. It is a by-product of HCFC-22, which is used in industrial refrigeration.
The other name of HFC 23 are Fluoroform, Carbon trifluoride, Methyl trifluoride, Fluoryl, Freon 23, Arcton 1, R-23.

Cabinet approval for signing MoU on Exim bank and NDB
The union cabinet has approved for signing MoU on general co-operation of National Development Bank(NDB) or BRICS bank and Exim Bank of India
Aim of this MoU:
This MoU will helps in improvement of trade and economic relationship amoung BRICS countries.
About Exim Bank of India:
Export–Import Bank of India was established in 1982 under the Export-Import Bank of India Act 1981.
Exim Bank of India has been both a catalyst and a key player in the promotion of cross border trade and investment.
