Processing and Shipping:
All our products (Books & Test series sent as package) are processed and shipped within a maximum time period of 4 to 5 working days. We ship the packages through our courier partners ST Courier and Delhivery. We may also ship through customer preferred courier (like Profession / Blue Dart / India Post) if requested for the same. The request can be made by contacting our customer team at +91-7904003050. Depending on the geographic location of the customer, it may take 2 to 5 working days to deliver the product to the customer. The shipping mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate only and we cannot guarantee them.
Once the orders are received, it is first processed, packed and then shipped through our courier partners. We make greater effort to reduce the shipping time as much as possible so as to enable our customers to have a smooth experience. Once the package is shipped, the tracking details are sent to the customers through SMS / WhatsApp.
The virtual products like Online Live Class / Recorded videos / Online Test Series / Online Study Materials (Soft copies) will be mostly auto activated or processed within 1 working day. This processing time is due to the technical need as may arise due to the course / product involved.
We do only Shipping within India. We do not offer International Shipping.
Charges and Other Conditions:
Shipping within Tamil Nadu is currently FREE (No shipping charges – as mentioned in checkout / order page).
Shipping charges outside Tamil Nadu varies. Please refer the checkout page as the amount will be auto-displayed based on your pincode.
Please note that all “Cash on Delivery” packages will have a fixed additional charge of Rs.150/- per package irrespective of whether the customer address is within Tamil Nadu or outside Tamil Nadu. This is not a shipping charge and it is COD fee collectible by the Courier partners for enabling the COD feature.
Damage or Lost:
We take greater effort to make the package reach you without any damage. If for any unforeseen event, if the package is lost or damaged in the shipping / transit process, the customers may return the package and may get a full refund or replacement of the product. If any damage is noted while receiving the package, the customer is requested to contact our support team either by mailing to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at +91-7904003050 as soon as possible. Our customer support person may request some details from you and will guide you for further process in this regard. The customers are requested to contact us within 1 day of receiving the package if any damage is noted. Delayed reporting of damage in package will not be considered.
Mandatory Requirements for Shipping:
Customers are responsible for providing Shipping details which should include Full Name, Full address with City / State, Pincode, Land Marks if any and also contact number to ensure proper delivery.
At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office location. In case if you have provided the office address, due to security reasons products might get delivered at the security desk itself, so please make sure you (are aware of this) & check with the security desk.
We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
