Prepositions

Noun:

A word that is name of something such as a person, animal, place, thing, quality, idea or action. It is used in a sentence as subject or object of a verb or object of a preposition.

Eg: Man, Tamil Nadu, Flock of birds,

Adjective:

A word which describes the quality and quantity of a noun.

Eg: A Cute girl, Two eyes, few classes.

Adverb:

A word which describes a verb, an adjective, or a sentence. It is often used to show time, manner, place, or degree.

Eg: Long time ago, Bravely.

 

Preposition:

It links a noun to another word.

Eg: to, in, with, from
