Why Samacheer Books? ஏன் சமச்சீர் புத்தகங்கள்?

Take any recent TNPSC Question paper and analyse the questions, you can see that most (almost all) conventional topics are asked from Samacheer books. For your surprise, even TNPSC Group 1 (2015, 2016 and 2019) and Group 2 (2016, 2018) Mains written exam questions are directly asked from SAMACHEER BOOK BACK QUESTIONS. Also Samacheer books will give you an overall view of any topic. Why we suggest going directly by samacheer (rather than guides) is that, to cover the relevant topics fully. Remember that, our aim is to get a TOP RANK in TNPSC Exams. All Samacheer books are available for free in pdf.

Most importantly, you can see that, TNPSC Syllabus itself is an overall words/topics compiled from Samacheer lessons only. The syllabus itself is taken from Samacheer and the questions too is directly asked from Samacheer books. That is the reason why we suggest you to read Samacheer books.

We have already shown in our Answer Keys of various exams, where the questions are directly taken from Samacheer (Their pages in our books too).

When you go for any compiled one book / material (available in book stores), it may be a lesser pages material than Samacheer books (Our Samacheer compilation is of 6000+ pages). But they will not have all the contents so as to make you to complete the entire syllabus of both Prelims and Mains and also to get an TOP RANK in TNPSC Exams.

IMPORTANT:

There is NO NEED to read NCERT or Laxmikanth (Polity) books or any other UPSC based books, if you are only preparing for TNPSC Exams. These books are for UPSC (IAS / IPS / IFS / IRS) exams only. Not needed for TNPSC preparations. Some students are now asking, whether there is a need to read these books? Unfortunately, it is hard for us to say that, they are being mis-guided by some UPSC turned TNPSC persons.

முக்கியமான குறிப்பு:

நீங்கள் TNPSC தேர்வுகளுக்கு மட்டுமே தயாராகி வருகிறீர்கள் என்றால், NCERT அல்லது லக்ஷ்மிகாந்த் (பாலிட்டி) புத்தகங்கள் அல்லது வேறு UPSC அடிப்படையிலான புத்தகங்களைப் படிக்க வேண்டிய அவசியமில்லை. இந்த புத்தகங்கள் UPSC (IAS/IPS / IFS /IRS ) தேர்வுகளுக்கு மட்டுமே. TNPSC க்கு தேவையில்லை. இந்த புத்தகங்களைப் படிக்க வேண்டிய அவசியம் இருக்கிறதா என்று சில மாணவர்கள் இப்போது கேட்கிறார்கள். துரதிர்ஷ்டவசமாக, சில UPSC படித்து விட்டு TNPSC படிக்க வந்த நபர்களால் அது தவறாக சித்தரிக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு விஷயம்.
