TNPSC Interview Details | Group 1 and Group 2

You will be called for Interview at the TNPSC Office (TNPSC Road, V.O.C.Nagar, Park Town, Chennai-600003).

TNPSC Interview is currently held only at TNPSC Office. The Interview is just one on one questioning session. Two types of questions will be asked in Interview, one type will be from your bio (your place’s importance, your degree oriented etc). The other type will be from our General Studies syllabus (what you have studied for Prelims and Mains will be asked as direct questions, you just need to answer them orally)

Interview marks will be allocated based on your performance in the Interview only. Interview has separate marks. If you are speaking confidently, you will get marks in Interview.

Note that, Final Selection is based on your TOTAL MARKS OF MAINS + INTERVEW. So, if you are not able to answer even one question in Interview, but you scored good marks in MAINS, then there is more chance for you to get selected in that exam. So, there is no need to worry about TNPSC Interview process. If you are speaking confidently in Interview, you will score basic marks in Interview.

Also note that, Interview marks will help you to get TOP RANKS in Group 1 and Group 2 Exams so that, you can choose your desired postings in Counselling.

Final Results, (based on MAINS + INTERVIEW marks) the list of selected candidates will be called for the Counselling so as to choose their desired post as per the vacancy.

TNPSC அலுவலகத்தில் (TNPSC சாலை, வி.ஓ.சி.நகர், பார்க் டவுன், சென்னை – 600003) நேர்காணலுக்கு அழைக்கப்படுவீர்கள்.

TNPSC நேர்காணல் தற்போது TNPSC அலுவலகத்தில் மட்டுமே நடைபெறுகிறது. நேர்காணல் நேரடி கேள்வி அமர்வாக இருக்கும். நேர்காணலில் இரண்டு வகையான கேள்விகள் கேட்கப்படும், ஒரு வகை உங்களை சார்ந்தது (உங்கள் இடத்தின் முக்கியத்துவம், உங்கள் பட்டம் சார்ந்தவை), மற்ற வகை எங்கள் பொது அறிவு பாடத்திட்டத்திலிருந்து வரும் (நீங்கள் பிரிலிம்கள் மற்றும் மெயின்களுக்காக படித்தவை நேரடி கேள்விகளாக கேட்கப்படும், நீங்கள் அவர்களுக்கு வாய்மொழித்தல் ஆகா பதிலளிக்க வேண்டும்)

நேர்காணலில் உங்கள் செயல்திறனை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு நேர்காணல் மதிப்பெண்கள் ஒதுக்கப்படும். நேர்காணலுக்கு தனி மதிப்பெண்கள் உள்ளன. நீங்கள் நம்பிக்கையுடன் பேசுகிறீர்கள் என்றால், நேர்காணலில் மதிப்பெண்கள் பெறுவீர்கள்.

இறுதித் தேர்வு உங்கள் மொத்த மதிப்பன்களாகி முதன்மைத் தேர்வு + நேர்காணலை (MAINS + Interview) அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டது என்பதை நினைவில் கொள்க. எனவே, நேர்காணலில் ஒரு கேள்விக்கு கூட நீங்கள் பதிலளிக்க முடியாவிட்டாலும், ஆனால் நீங்கள் MAINS இல் நல்ல மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்றிருந்தால், அந்த தேர்வில் நீங்கள் தேர்வாக அதிக வாய்ப்பு உள்ளது. எனவே, TNPSC நேர்காணல் செயல்முறை பற்றி கவலைப்பட தேவையில்லை. நேர்காணலில் நீங்கள் நம்பிக்கையுடன் பேசுகிறீர்கள் என்றால், நேர்காணலில் அடிப்படை மதிப்பெண்களைப் பெற்றுவிடுவீர்கள்

குரூப் 1 மற்றும் குரூப் 2 தேர்வுகளில் முதலிடத்தைப் பெற நேர்காணல் மதிப்பெண்கள் உங்களுக்கு உதவும் என்பதையும் நினைவில் கொள்க, இதனால் நீங்கள் விரும்பிய பதவிகளை கலந்தாய்வில் தேர்வு செய்யலாம்.

இறுதி முடிவுகள், (MAINS + INTERVIEW மதிப்பெண்களின் அடிப்படையில்) காலியிடத்தின் படி அவர்கள் விரும்பிய பதவியைத் தேர்வுசெய்ய, தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட தேர்வாளர்களின் பட்டியல் கலந்தாய்வுக்கு அழைக்கப்படும்.
